As the social media giant Facebook is ready to launch Libra, its new cryptocurrency next year, it is tying all the loose knots to make it as flawless as possible, to make it successfully run. FB has of late acquired Servicefriend. It is a startup company that had developed bots, the massaging and chatting app, which is based on Artificial Intelligence (AI). TechCrunch, US online publisher that focuses mainly on the tech industry has stated that the move will help the customer service teams immensely.
The news was first flashed from Israel as Servicefield is based there. Besides, Roberto Singler, one of the investors also brought the matter into notice.
Several people, including Arad and Shahar Ben Ami, his co-founder and least another individual indicated that they are working at Facebook, and that also in the Calibra Digital Wallet group and on their respective LinkedIn Profiles.
